I've spent 22 years in that gap. Here's what I've learned.

Post-sales execution. AI operations. Customer success at scale. Across Adobe, Zendesk, and enterprise services - in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, and everything in between.

"The hardest part of transformation isn't writing the strategy. It's having the stamina to sit in the mess, and the humility to keep rebuilding until the system actually works."

    The Journey

I didn't start my career with a grand plan to build operating models. I started out just trying to navigate the sheer chaos of scaling organizations.

Early in my career, I watched brilliant strategies - months in the making, backed by millions in funding - disintegrate within weeks of deployment. The slide deck was immaculate. But the people on the ground were confused, the systems didn't talk, and the feedback loops simply didn't exist.

In that chaos, I became the quiet force multiplier. From intense GTM war rooms to leading cross-cultural adaptations across APAC for Adobe and Zendesk, my focus has always been singular: execution that outpaces the noise.

Over the last 22 years, with exposure to every industry from B2B SaaS to Manufacturing, I have navigated complex corporate dynamics the only way that works: by delivering undeniable value first. Scaling operations, fixing handoffs, and modernizing legacy habits.

    What is NovaTransform?

A nova is what happens when an organization hits hyper-growth or attempts a massive pivot. It's an explosion - systems break, cracks appear, and the old way of working can't keep up. The choice is simple: transform how the company operates, or break under its own weight.

I've spent 22 years stepping into that exact chaos. Not with a slide deck - walking into GTM war rooms across Adobe, Zendesk, and enterprise services companies, across India, the US, and Europe, navigating the brutal realities of B2B SaaS and global manufacturing. The energy I bring to that room is explosive, adaptable, transformative. It's just how I operate. This site is simply an open notebook of the playbooks, wins, and failures from doing it.

    01

Fix the handoff, not the people

Churn, broken launches, missed targets - trace them back far enough and you'll find a gap between two teams, not a failed individual.

    02

You lost them at day 30, not month 11

In my experience, 80% of customer churn is decided in the first 30 days. By the time they're asking to cancel, you already failed. The intervention had to happen much earlier.

    03

If it's not in a system, it didn't happen

Tribal knowledge is the enemy of scale. Every insight, every process, every workaround has to be systemised, or it dies when that employee leaves.

    04

A strategy is only as good as the front line

If the SDR making 80 calls a day doesn't understand the strategy, the strategy has failed.

    Exploring

How agentic AI can automate the mundane parts of Customer Success. Not writing emails, but actually executing the workflow.

    Reading

"High Output Management" by Andy Grove. I re-read it every time I'm about to scale a team.

    Arguing About

Why 'RevOps' is often just a team cleaning up Salesforce data, and what real operations architecture looks like.

    Watching

The rapid commoditisation of B2B SaaS. If the product isn't a moat anymore, the service execution has to be.
